I remember clearly a few years ago, exactly those words - “I feel so stuck”. And then life found its way regardless -of course-, forging new riverbeds for its untamed flow... WAY out of the borders of what I’d made “not being stuck” mean in my mind. And that was the thing. It was about getting out of my freaking mind.
I love all the nudges I perceive towards remembering to live in your words. The body also remembers – how to live. Always, constantly and anew.
Thank you as always for the gift of YOUR words! That is exactly what I have learned in being stuck...to take advantage of the fact that I can only live in the now. Be present, not trying to disconnect from my body, but use the time of being stuck to well, just be stuck and in the moment. Instead of wanting to be somewhere else or something else. It's also a gift, even in its frustration.

I‘ve been on holidays and hadn’t checked my mail during the last weeks 🙈 If it’s still available I would like to ask some friends if they are interested. If not, it’s totally fine :)
So weird about the email Ve! I didn't have anything! I also checked back and asked a few friends if they have every received any offering of mine like that because I honestly do not remember ever giving away any subscriptions? Do you have any screenshots of this? Maybe it was someone else? I don't give them away ever, because the paid posts feel very personal to me. So it's something I only want people to access if they are really committed to my work.
