Loved this one! Im reading this book called "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron, and she recommends to do what she call "Morning Pages" which is basically fill up three pages of your diary or notebook writing literally everything that comes out of your head. The good. The bad. The ugly. And just let it out! Ive been doing it and it really helps me. I don't consider myself a writer but I guess by writing how I feel and what's in my head, I am becoming one.
